Seven Hills Community Connections supports over 2,500 children and adults through our Family Support Centers and programs located in the Central, North Central, South Valley, Greater Lowell, and Quabbin areas of Massachusetts. Community Connections participation is a conduit for building friendships, confidence, and a meaningful life in their community. Through social, recreational, arts, and athletic opportunities, participants build a life of choice and discovery.
